I had a wonderful experience shopping at Premier Kia, due to the excellent work of the salesman Shade. Shade was extremely helpful, even going out in a downpour to bring a car in out of the rain so I could to the excellent work of the salesman Shade. He also was able to answer my questions, and if he couldn't, he got back to me promptly with an answer. When I called or email, he answered promptly. The salesmen are very DECEITFUL AND DISHHONEST, they lie, lie, lie and give you the cold shoulder once you DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! CURWIN IN SERVICE ALWAYS LIE'S ABOUT HAVING THE PART ON ONEDAY AND NOT THE NEXT, HE ALSO MADE A DISGUTING AND RUDE COMMENT THAT MY CAR ISN'T TOP PRORITY, I MEAN WHAT TYPE OF PEOPLE JUST LIE, LIE, LIE AND GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. WHEN I WENT TO SPEAK WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER A SALESMAN WAS IMPERSONATING THE (GM). Misleading practices. brought the car in to be serviced (waited since Feb for a part to come in and was never called when it actually arrived). While the car was in for service, was contacted by sales staff saying that they wanted to make me an offer on my car to trade our 2022 car for a 2024 model. Was told the trade would be $26,000. Was contacted by a second salesperson (the same one who sold us the first car two years ago) and was told that the trade would now be $24000. The price listed on the new car is $30000. The new car won't be delivered to the dealership until late August. Go to the dealership to work it a deal and put a deposit down on the car, only to be shown numbers that the trade will be $22000 (and they added the "tax savings for trading the 2022 in at $2000), thus making my trade $24000 (manipulating numbers). Lastly, they added $3000 "market adjustment" to the price of the vehicle and told me it wasn't optional. When you look at their website at their "click here for today's market price", there is NO additional market adjustment listed of any amount. When I told them I wasn't paying that, was told that they could "reduce it some", but now I'm frustrated and completely done. I didn't pay a "market adjustment" two years ago and I'm sure not paying one now. There's a reason why people hate the car buying process, and these folks are a prime example. Don't fall for these scams that add thousands of dollars to your deal, they'll try their best to hide and deceive to add to their bottom line. Vito and Roman were the people I dealt with. More

In those situations, I try to be a person on the team that facilitates everyone at least getting back to their normal prior to the adverse event. I appreciate when other people involved think the same way. This is what happened with my Kia recently. I brought my Kia Sorento in to have the sunroof fixed under warranty. The parts coming from South Korea was going to result in a delay on starting the job. Larry at Premier Kia worked with me to keep me using my car and then bring the car in later when I would have use of another vehicle from a friend. Larry gave me his cell phone number, and we coordinated the plan. Parts came in and I was expecting my car the next day. Problem is…a group of xxxxx broke into the dealership and cut the catalytic converters off 17 vehicles, mine being one of them. Larry immediately explained to me what happened and arranged a rental car for me with Enterprise close to my work. Kia covered the cost of the rental car for the entire duration it took for new catalytic converters to arrive from South Korea and be installed. I received my car today, and I am pleased to say I am enjoying all repairs done to satisfaction. Nobody could prevent the thuggery and thievery that put 17 people out of their cars extra long and added 17 work orders onto an already busy service department. However, I am happy I was well taken care of, and I am thrilled to have my beautiful passion red Kia Sorento back in my hands. More

The engines crap out before 100k miles and then they blame you for neglect but I have proof of 4 oil changes done per year. Tech guy Larry, verbally told me "I'm sorry I promise I'm paying attention to you, but I'm failing these test I gotta take." No wonder you guys suck! His solution to my problem, I can get a refurbished engine for about $6,000. $12,000 if you want new. And what? Deal with your service center again? No thank you. I've owned 4 KIA's and I will never purchase another EVER AGAIN! Do not trust KIA Corporation and definitely 100% do NOT TRUST Premier KIA of Kenner!!! More
