Premier Kia service handled adversity with a strong team approach to get everything resolved. There are situations in life where everybody involved is strapped with adversity. In those situations, I try to be a person on the team that facilitates everyone at least getting back to their normal prior to the adverse event. I appreciate when other people involved think the same way. This is what happened with my Kia recently. I brought my Kia Sorento in to have the sunroof fixed under warranty. The parts coming from South Korea was going to result in a delay on starting the job. Larry at Premier Kia worked with me to keep me using my car and then bring the car in later when I would have use of another vehicle from a friend. Larry gave me his cell phone number, and we coordinated the plan. Parts came in and I was expecting my car the next day. Problem is…a group of xxxxx broke into the dealership and cut the catalytic converters off 17 vehicles, mine being one of them. Larry immediately explained to me what happened and arranged a rental car for me with Enterprise close to my work. Kia covered the cost of the rental car for the entire duration it took for new catalytic converters to arrive from South Korea and be installed. I received my car today, and I am pleased to say I am enjoying all repairs done to satisfaction. Nobody could prevent the thuggery and thievery that put 17 people out of their cars extra long and added 17 work orders onto an already busy service department. However, I am happy I was well taken care of, and I am thrilled to have my beautiful passion red Kia Sorento back in my hands. More
LIES LIES and more LIES! !! This place lies to you at first and says they'll take good care of you and then they completely ignore you! Garbage staff and garbage facility equa !! Garbage staff and garbage facility equal up to a manufacturer denying repairs and closing the case right away so you can't fight it. The engines crap out before 100k miles and then they blame you for neglect but I have proof of 4 oil changes done per year. Tech guy Larry, verbally told me "I'm sorry I promise I'm paying attention to you, but I'm failing these test I gotta take." No wonder you guys suck! His solution to my problem, I can get a refurbished engine for about $6,000. $12,000 if you want new. And what? Deal with your service center again? No thank you. I've owned 4 KIA's and I will never purchase another EVER AGAIN! Do not trust KIA Corporation and definitely 100% do NOT TRUST Premier KIA of Kenner!!! More

Serviced a car that doesn't exist and kept a car over 6 hours and did no service on it that was brought in for service! Can anyone explain that? And submitted incorrected paperwork to us. Ray and Curbin worked step by step with us through a really complicated and stressful situation. Ray, especially, was just amazing, start to finish. I am TOTALLY SHOCKED to see the poor ratings. Horrible once they have made the sale to you! I was lied to about oil changes & I just spoke to Duane & he is basically calling me a liar!! He said the first 2 oil changes are free & when I bought the car, I said I live over an hr away, do I have to come all the way back here for the oil change & he said no just call me when its time & I can transfer the oil changes to a Kia near you, after trying to get in touch with him for 3 wks, I did today & he said oh no I cant do that!! Why would I make this up & waste my time trying to get in touch with him for 3 wks if I didnt know what I had been told!!!! They do not care about you at all after the sale, idk why I am surprised!! More

Be very careful of the sales team especially Vito. I would guess what they did would be counted as fraud. I signed an agreement with the car price listed on it which they took in the back to process. About 10 mins later salesman comes out and puts new paperwork in front of me with all new prices. When I asked about where the agreement I just signed was the salesman said they shredded it. I walked out sad thing is this would have been the second car i purchased from there. More
