Thursday I was turned away from my second free oil change and tried again today, Saturday. Again I was turned away. Frustrated I went to a local car shop to get an oil change. After agreeing on a sales price with Salesman Jacob and his manager on a certified used 2020 Nissan Titan, Jakob asked me to fill out a credit application. I gladly filled out the credit app and had my credit ran, just to find out three hours later that the internet manager had listed the vehicle price incorrectly and then wanted to sell me the Nissan Titan for $5,000 more than we agreed. Thank you Premier Nissan of Metarie for giving my credit score a hard inquiry and not honoring the deal you promised me. This was by far the most incompetent car dealership I have ever dealt with in my entire life. When You make a deal with someone and then break it, that makes you dishonest and incompetent.
