If I could rate 0 stars I would. Yesterday my wife and I went to this dealership. Not only were they continuously trying to run our credit after we stated “we weren’t interested “ du Yesterday my wife and I went to this dealership. Not only were they continuously trying to run our credit after we stated “we weren’t interested “ due to the fact we already came in with a solid loan. Two men “helped” us and I wouldn’t consider it helping. They berated us for not wanting to rerun our credit (because we had an outside lender) they seemed very very money hungry. One of the men told the other man to just take us to the preowned lot because “there was nothing new we’d get with our approved offer from the bank” not only was my wife and I appalled, we were very disturbed that this was coming from “professionals” they also didn’t want to show us any cars due to us not wanting to finance with them. Another man had to ask the man to walk outside with us, just completely disgusting. They also didn’t have the cars we were interested in and after being disrespected my wife and I stated we weren’t interested. The man then stated that he didn’t mean to offend us. This let us know that he himself knew he was being offensive and rude. I advise anyone reading this review to go to GREG LEBLNC Hyundai in Houma. Not only did we get the NEW CAR we were looking for at Nissan but we also got great service and an excellent loaner vehicle until our new vehicle is ready. It has 3,511 miles and it’s a 2022. When people deny you, God never does. Please don’t waste y’all time here. I would describe the men but they were black (so am I and my wife) and they didn’t give their names. More

Felt misinformed on pricing of parts and was told about parts (wiper blades) needed to be changed on front and rear windows. I don't have rear wipers. First time I felt that not cared for. Purchased 2 cars (paying cash for one of them) on 12/4/21 and after a dozen calls with no response from the gm, sales Manager or anyone willing to help as of 1/22/22 my trade in hasn't been paid for. 12/4/21 and after a dozen calls with no response from the gm, sales Manager or anyone willing to help as of 1/22/22 my trade in hasn't been paid for. We waited for over 5 hours while their finance team couldn't keep themselves organized enough to geta simple deal completed. So completed through my credit union in 5 minutes and signed all documents and left. The bad part was had some friendly sales people and what seems to be quality vehicles at fair prices. Do yourself a favor and have your financing in place before you go if you cant find avehiclesomewhereelse .because their finance department is unorganized and unprofessional. They could careless about service after the sale, i now have to file a complaint with the state just to get them to complete the transaction and they have my truck for sale on another lot. This the worst dealership I've ever used to buy a car in the last 30 years. More
