They were very professional during all my conversations. I may have been irate but they were never out of order with me. A car we purchased from Premier Nissan was totaled in an accident. We have been reaching out for weeks with zero response to settle our claim. We purchased Gap and Security Plus with the car. They are literally the sole hold up to have Gap pay their portion as we need to cancel the contract plus receive a copy of the dealer invoice. Both items should be easy for a dealership to do, especially for a customer who has purchased 4 vehicles from them. More
