Oil change technician sucks, did not take old sticker off windshield and when parked truck at my house I found oil dripped onto my drive way leaving a stain. I haven’t even had any chance to get pass Marva at the desk to be transferred she has a HORRIFIC attitude! Im not sure why she is being sooo RUDE to me! Brought vehicle in for check engine light and after diagnostics were completed, My Service department advisor stated repair was covered under warranty so I authorized the repairs. Nearly two weeks lat diagnostics were completed, My Service department advisor stated repair was covered under warranty so I authorized the repairs. Nearly two weeks later when repairs were completed, service manager stated parts not covered and the repairs would cost me $1200 when completed. Refused to release my vehicle until I paid the $1200 ransom. filed a complaint with Nissan consumer affairs. Still waiting on a resolution. I will never visit Premier Nissan again. More
