Not a simple oil change! I am disabled and have difficulty sitting or standing for periods of time. I was told if I made an appointment, my wait time would be significantly l I am disabled and have difficulty sitting or standing for periods of time. I was told if I made an appointment, my wait time would be significantly less. My wait time was over 2 hours. That is ridiculous! When I asked the staff and explained why I had made this appointment, there were rude and uncaring and unsympathetic. I have many choices in which I can have my oiled changed, Premier Nissan should definitely not be a choice! More

If Work was performed diagnostic charge would be applied to the cost of the Work. Car was inspected and diagnosed with all sorts of problems that I could not afford to repair - so I had one - the brakes - repaired - dealer still charged the 139 diagnostic fee because the brake job was not a problem that I brought it in for and the credit Only applied if the work was done on the problem that was reported - Total rip off. Moreover on pickup dash displayed all sorts of warning lights that were not illuminated previously More

Good upgrade experience Mr. Bridges was personable and listened to my request for a Pathfinder and or a bigger car for my growing family. I wanted to trade-in my smaller Niss Mr. Bridges was personable and listened to my request for a Pathfinder and or a bigger car for my growing family. I wanted to trade-in my smaller Nissan Versa. We looked at the different Rogue selections and the Pathfinders S and SV. I finally chose to test drive the the Pathfinder S. I liked the large amount of space it gave, the smooth drive, the mpg's on the road/ hwy, it's many features that could assist in moving and hauling items, the tented rear window to keep the sun away from my baby's face, the turning benefits from the alloy wheels, the sticker price and the discount I could use with being a healthcare worker. We we're offered cool water and a place to comfortably rest during appraisal of my trade-in. I do suggest a more discreet room for future breast feeding moms and babies, but I do appreciate Mr. Bridges for accommodating me with what was available. Also, my husband and I appreciate the help from Benny, with helping us during our negotiations to get to a comfortable monthly payment, so I can keep my 0% interest. Mr. Ferdinand during signing: He was very clear with what was being presented before signing. And, to the rest of the staff for their assistance and making us feel comfortable.
