The service department is pise poor . My car is under warranty ,every time try to exercise my warranty they have an excuse for a reason not too honor it .I had several tires that got an eg My car is under warranty ,every time try to exercise my warranty they have an excuse for a reason not too honor it .I had several tires that got an egg on them and they refused to honor the warranty.I pointed out the date to the manager and of course he brushed me off .I told him there’s a noise sound like struts ,tire rods or cv shall ,he told me that I would have to leave my car for 2 weeks but they refuse to give me a loaner or rental car .It’s not my fault y’all don’t have enough employees.why would the customer have to suffer .My car is a 2021 .I have gone to any other state and got my car serviced and they have offered loaner cars .
