John Risk went out of his way to get us the car we wanted. Three years ago we got our first Subaru from Premeir. I can't say enough about the dealership or it sales people. Everyone is professional and go out of their way to help you. We got our car in August when the 2017's were coming out so it was a little difficult to get the car we wanted in the exterior color with the interior color that we wanted. John went out of his way to try and locate one and he was able to find one out of state for us. In three years we will be getting another Subaru from John and Premeir Subaru. More

The service department is also very pleasant, professional, and courteous, right down to the mechanic (can't remember his name, but he has a ponytail...) who personally came over to discuss what was going on with the car. When we were ready for a new car, we met with Jeff and Sarah who spent copious amounts of time answering our questions about Subaru's advances in tech and engineering since our last purchase. When our Forester XT arrived, Sarah patiently guided us through the enhancements Subaru has made recently to improve on what had been a somewhat complex program. Sherry helped us through the protection insurance and the final touches on additional protective coating were made in the Service Department the following day. Our experiences with all Premier employees--including Eric, Darius, Maria and others who are not on this list were very pleasant and rewarding.
