He was very informative and knowledgeable, never pushy, and very easy to work with. He went way beyond what was necessary to help me to have a wonderful purchasing experience, including making me very comfortable with the integrity of every aspect of their dealership, their technical ability to take care of any possible problems that my vehicle may have some day, and I never felt that anyone was putting any kind of pressure on me. I had looked up their online ratings, which were very good, and they exceeded those ratings and my expectations. I would definitely do business again with them!

He took his time explaining how the various features of the car worked. Khavy did this for both the Forester & Outback. He is also very thoughtful. I walk with a cane and Khavy didn’t run ahead of me through the showroom to get outside to the cars. He was considerate of the fact that I move slowly. just bought my third Suburu from Suburban and honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. salespeople are knowledgeable and no pressure. Amanda was my salesperson and was very patient as I looked at multiple vehicles and then she found me my perfect one. Finance lady was also great...found me an amazing rate AND a discounted bumper to bumper warranty for 9 years (Not that any of my Suburus have needed it: 8 years with my last Forester and no issues at all) a really wonderful experience with this team

I currently own 2 vehicles and one that was recently traded in that were all purchased from Dan Perkins Subaru and was in part deeply involved in the purchase of two more for an immediate family member. I was able to get in touch with the BDC department. (My wife is a teacher so she barely gets time to do) I was delighted by the amount of information I could get from them just with one call. The gentleman I spoke on the phone his name is Kyle. He truly went above and beyond to get my wife everything she needed. Very professional and respectful. Able to accommodate my wife's schedule and mine to get an appointment. However, once we went to the store, we were not able to meet him in person because the salesperson told us that he just works in the BDC department. We wanted to thank him directly. Hope he also got the tip we left for him. Otherwise, thank you Bill for going over the many features of car we were looking to buy. Highly recommend Bill when purchasing a Subaru. I did not have to wait for someone to be ready to meet with me. We got straight to business, as I knew what car I wanted to test drive. We took the car out on as many roads as I wanted to until I felt comfortable driving the car. We went on small roads, parking lots and highway so that I got experiencing changing gears as I was test driving a car with a 6 speed manual transmission and I was accustomed to a 5 speed. A couple days after bringing the car home I could not figure out how to open the back hatch. I called my salesman on his cell and he called me back within a couple minutes and was able to walk me through the process and texted me pictures to help me find the release button. He told me to feel free to come in and he would spend time with me to find out more about my car if I needed it.
