The car I wanted wasn't on the lot but I test drove a similar vehicle with Carlos while he described all the features. Vincent found the car I wanted and it was there within a week. I paid cash and didn't finance, but signing all the paperwork went very smoothly. Insurance and registration were no problem. They are a very efficient and well organized team. I did something to the rear gate so it wasn't raising correctly, took it to the service department and it was reprogrammed and under warranty. These new cars are pretty much computers at this point. I had it back promptly. I'm really happy and satisfied with the whole experience and I really enjoy my new car! More

I brought my 2017 Impreza in yesterday for a routine oil change, which I bought from another dealer in CT, from the minute I walked in the door I knew I made a great choice!! The folks at Premier are friendly, accommodating, kind, patient...and funny! Our experience "grounding" our lease and picking up the new vehicle was expedient and professional. Gretchen was delightful as we finalized our transaction. Carlos was knowledgeable and helpful in delivering the vehicle. In all sincerity (and by way of experience/comparison), we would recommend Premier to anyone interested in a Subaru. I was looking to buy a brand new vehicle for the snowy winters and I began looking at Honda since my first car was one. I received horrible customer service at one of the Honda dealerships and decided to look elsewhere. I always believed Subaru was great, but I thought that it was too out of my price range. I decided to give it a try and I loved the new 2020 Subaru Legacy. I was aware that they changed the car completely and I fell in love with it, but still believed that, for what I wanted and needed, it would be too much to pay. I looked all multiple dealerships one Saturday morning in October in Watertown and I decided to give Premier Subaru in Watertown a try. I test drove the 2020 Legacy at a closer dealership already, but the salesman had no information about it since it just came out. I started off speaking to Bill, one of the sales manager, and he was an overall genuinely nice man. He wanted me to feel welcome and he felt sorry that I received terrible service at other dealerships. I told him what I wanted to look at and he brought it out immediately. My boyfriend and I were then met with Carlos who explained the car inside and out for me, showed me the other color I was looking at, and gave us a wonderful experience. I met Rachel once we got back from our test drive. We ran into a little problem and she managed the situation perfectly. She was very funny, informative, knowledgeable, and a genuinely honest and nice person. She was very easy to talk to, she asked me what I wanted and she would do her best to get me in it. She took care of me, the entire dealership did. The incentives, the people, the customer service etc. are what won me over. They made my first (new) car purchase so easy and I won't go anywhere else. They gained a client for life. Most people look at me and end up not giving me a second glance since I am young, but Bill and Rachel didn't care about that. Their thing was why wouldn't they invest in someone like me who will be buying cars for the rest of my life. I want to thank the people at Premier Subaru of Watertown for all of the help.
