Friendly, comfortable purchase experience Went to the dealership to explore options of trading up our 2016 Outback for a 2019 Outback. Went over options with AJ who was very knowledgeable and Went to the dealership to explore options of trading up our 2016 Outback for a 2019 Outback. Went over options with AJ who was very knowledgeable and helpful. We we unable to reach an agreement at the time but parted amicably. Received a call from AJ about a month later and met with him again at the dealership. We came to agreement on trading in out 2016 for a new 2019 Outback and drove the new car home that day. My wife and I are very happy with the purchase process at this dealership and with AJ in particular. As to service, that remains to be seen. We almost immediately started having problems with the entertainment system but didn't call for a service appointment until a week later to be sure it wasn't just user error. We were unable to get an appointment until over another week later. We hope the problem can be quickly resolved. More
