But what made the sale (we did have another Subaru we’d liked elsewhere) was the camaraderie, helpful attitude and low-pressure atmosphere. We did bump up into some problems but together worked through them. And there was none of the typical up-selling pressure to buy additional services or warranties. Finally we leave with a good car and a good experience. More
