A very bad turned out very good! I was in a panic when I went to Subaru yesterday. My previous car needed many repairs and I wasn't ready to put alot of money into it. AJ Daluz greeted my sister and I as we walked in, He was courteous and very pleasant to deal with and was more than willing to help me out. I explained that I needed to trade in my car and his question was when do you want to pick it up your new car? -my reply was I need it today AND he softly said "we can do that". Needless to say I was amazed and I did indeed drive out with my new car. Also, I spoke with Joe Hernandez for quite some time and he was also gracious and courteous. I can't say enough good things about my experience yesterday and I would be back for my 3rd car - if that should need to happen. More
