Excellent experience with great Staff We arrived at the Premier Watertown dealership expecting to learn about a new car purchase. We ended up leasing. It was an excellent experience. Salesperson John Risk was informative and without pressure. Something we unfortunately had experienced previously. Patience sometimes is a virtue. And a great asset we welcomed in John. When a purchase did not fit our budget, we decided to lease and he was very helpful. Darlene was extremely helpful in explaining our new car’s features and setting up our phones with Bluetooth. It’s good to have knowledgable youth in electronics these days. Only downside: we did not get quite as much for our trade-in as Kelly Blue Book indicated. But a small price to pay for dealing with an excellent salesperson. Many we know could take a lesson from John’s manner. Joe was very helpful in completing the paper work. All in all, it was a welcoming experience. More
