Dealership buying experience Normally we hate going to dealerships because I worked at a power sports dealership and am familiar with the process. AJ, Carmine and Joe were so awesome to work with. We had some credit challenges but Joe was patient and diligent and busted his butt getting us approved. I was impressed with the process from the time we first walked in the door till the moment we drove our Subaru home. AJ kept us informed throughout the whole process and was very professional. It was a calm and relaxed purchase with lots of jokes and laughs. We went to the Buick dealership nearby about a month ago and their style was aggressive and it turned us off. When they gave us their deal, it was loaded with 2500 dollars of optional items that weren’t even discussed or needed. It was really a lack of integrity on their part. In summary, I would buy another vehicle from Premier. I will recommend premier to all my friends, family and coworkers. I do collect coffee mugs and would love a Subaru one if possible. More
