Thank you Tariq I had the pleasure of having Tariq Muqeet as my salesman. We hit it off right off the bat. He is very personable and not pushy. Todd, the sales man I had the pleasure of having Tariq Muqeet as my salesman. We hit it off right off the bat. He is very personable and not pushy. Todd, the sales manager introduced himself and offered to help in any way. He too was very personable and helpful. Thank you, Tariq and Todd, for a great experience. One brief incident which I thought was unprofessional and inappropriate is when another salesman name Rick came up to Tariq and seemed to be admonishing Tariq for something. When Rick saw me watching he tried to hide behind a file cabinet. More

Great customer service experience. Brett, was a very knowledgeable sales person and friendly. Service visit for routine oil/filter change and a/c service I believe that the dealer knows the Avalon the best and we planned to come back for basic service, from the purchase on. I am glad that Shane is back I believe that the dealer knows the Avalon the best and we planned to come back for basic service, from the purchase on. I am glad that Shane is back as a service rep, he is very personable, and tries to serve the customer and the dealership. I have to trust that the work was done per specs as far as oil/filter changes, fluids, etc, and appreciate the inspections/reports for things to look for, but there have been questionable recommendations, and some service items in the past(broken spare cover, broken air filter box) that were never mentioned to me, and I don't believe that the tires were rotated, as stated, on the last visit. I find dealer services to be more costly than outside shops, but try to do the things that are "really" needed, there. I want to continue to work with them, but am not totally comfortable, and feel the need to check everything possible. More

Very good sales team which spent time explaining options. The sales team was very patient and went over the various models and features for the Toyota line. The RAV Hybrid was the right choice for my wife and I. We had not considered a Hybrid until the salesman Phil suggested we consider it. My wife and I are confident that we received the best price on the SUV having shopped at Sunnyside, Metro, and Brunswick Auto. Fast communication, but misleading I saw a 2006 Chrysler Town and Country on there website. I did a chat on their site, the sales rep. called/texted. I said between 11:00-1:00, I called I saw a 2006 Chrysler Town and Country on there website. I did a chat on their site, the sales rep. called/texted. I said between 11:00-1:00, I called back to say 1 pm. We drove out saw the van, met with Jessica, she introduced me to the sales manager and the Finance manager. Jessica obtained a dealer plate as we looked over the van. She put the plate on and got in the back. I had previously asked if I could take the van, and show license and proof of insurance, they said that was fine. Jessica did not take my information and intended to ride along. When I turned the key the tire indicator lit up as well as the engine light, the tire light went off, but the engine light stayed on, I told her previously I wanted to put the van on a lift to inspect, only after the light stayed on did Jessica mention that the van needed a catalytic converter. Shouldn't I have been told that BEFORE I drove 29 miles to see the van?? The van had a lot more rust then was shown in the picture. Should a car/van/truck be presented for sale when it is not ready? I expected more from this dealer, thought they were "a cut above", now I think they are like most of the dealers . I won't be back. More
