Excellent experience!!! When I walked into premier toyota I was not expecting to leave with a brand new car. My significant other suggested we look here due to him getting a When I walked into premier toyota I was not expecting to leave with a brand new car. My significant other suggested we look here due to him getting a great deal on his Tundra years ago. As soon as we walked into the lot we were approached by a friendly face named Jessica. The weather was horrible that day, so she offered to have any car pulled inside for us. My first choice was a new 2017 Camry. I knew I wanted to lease due to past issues with my vehicle. I couldn't afford anymore maintenance bills at this point. I was just expecting to LOOK at the car, but she suggested we test drive it. Again, I was not set on getting a car that day. I fell in love with it right off the bat. I also looked at a corolla, but the size difference was too Much. Jessica and another gentlemen ran some numbers for me to see if this was even possible. They came back with an offer that was WAY out of my budget. I was bummed. I really loved this car. I explained my situation and they told me to hang tight.. Not once did they push me into something I couldn't afford, nor did they give up on me. THe second set of numbers worked better for my budget. That was it. No going back and forth, no arguing, no " we cant't help you". I almost wanted to ask " what's the catch". I thought about this deal for some time and talked it over with my other half. I only thought so long because this was a new experience for me, not because I felt pressured to do something I didn't want to. I signed all the necessary paperwork, cleaned out my old car and left it behind. I'm still in shock that I have such an amazing car for a great price! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new car, or even a first car. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. They will not steer you the wrong way! I look forward to all my future purchases at premier toyota! More

I first collected contact information at most dealers over phone. My experience is that the website forms are not taken seriously. I had many auto-replies to come visit them, marketing, or no replies from the dealers I used the on-line forms to contact. I should have called all of them first. It's much better to set up at least a call contact with someone to let them know you were serious about actually buying a car. Premier was the only one that didn't counter and accepted my offer. From there, it was a smooth process of providing a deposit then going in to sign papers and drive home. Cody was the most accommodating salesperson at a car dealer I've ever worked with. More
