I would not have bought the vehicle without that service because I live far from a dealership. Silas and Sean did a fantastic job waiting for me to drive in after hours, having paperwork and financing ready and making the experience painless even with my seven and two-year-old in tow. He completely walked us through every function of this very advanced vehicle and we really appreciated that. We love the vehicle and will be back. Looking forward to the complete remodel of the dealership that Sean mentioned! More

No effort or respect at this dealership My wife and I were car shopping and went to look at an XC90. Ron was our sales person and he was great while we were at the dealership. There were a couple other vehicles we wanted to look at, so we left the dealer, but we had visited this Volvo twice and were very interested in the car, but they made no efforts to call us back or try to sell us the vehicle at all. I ended up having to reach out to the sales manager Ivan because we did not hear from anyone. If we are buying a car we should not have to follow up with the dealership that we have been to twice and have told them we are very interested. I emailed the manager Ivan and got a quick push aside email and then I followed up with 2 more emails and never hear back from him. Very unprofessional and makes us never want to buy a car from this dealership at all. If they would have at least contacted us we may of purchased the xc90. We instead went with an Acura MDX and the people over at the Acura dealer were fantastic, letting us take multiple test drives and look at different styles and models to make sure we were happy and comfortable. So thank you Acura. But I do not recommend this Volvo dealership at all. Horrible customer service and they seem to not want to sell any cars. The only positive thing I can say is Ron the sales person was helpful while we were at the dealer looking at the car, but the manager Ivan and Ron never followed up or seemed to care about trying to get our business. Very frustrating. More

Great Experience Stopped at the dealer while passing through town as they were the only one in the region with the car and options that we wanted. The next morning, Patrick Kane replied to all my questions and provided additional information on each car. He set up an appointment at the dealership the next day. I met with John Lank. John was a very patient and a no pressure salesman. He answered all of my questions and helped make the entire purchase process smooth and easy.
