I brought in my 2024 HR-V for a scheduled oil change and routine inspection, expecting I might need tire rotation. I was greeted within moments and discussed my expectations. My service writer, Daniel, late routine inspection, expecting I might need tire rotation. I was greeted within moments and discussed my expectations. My service writer, Daniel, later came to the waiting area to go through the inspection results. Turned out I didn’t need the tire rotation, but did need cabin and engine air filters, which I accepted and were promptly replaced. My vehicle was returned to me in a reasonable time, washed and ready to roll, without breaking the bank. The waiting area was clean, calm, well lighted, and comfortable enough. The ladies’ room was clean. There is also a beverage station available as well as a children's play area. Overall, I felt I was treated honestly, offered only services I needed at a fair price, and was glad the services were performed promptly. Well done all around. More
