Service was fast and addressed all my concerns. Completed all necessary maintenance items per mileage. Only one issue did not note tires or brakes millimeters to next replacement. My purchase experience was 4 stars, but my first service experience was unsatisfactory. Arrived 10 minutes early for my 9:45 appointment. Was not checked in until 10 minutes late due to "a problem with th experience was unsatisfactory. Arrived 10 minutes early for my 9:45 appointment. Was not checked in until 10 minutes late due to "a problem with the system", which only seemed to affect my vehicle as I watched others get checked in and out with no problems. Was told service would take 1.5-2 hours and decided to wait at the dealership. After 2 hours, I noticed my vehicle seemingly done with service, but sitting out front, so I inquired. Was told that it was just waiting for my service rep to finish paperwork. 25 minutes later it was still sitting there, and I called my husband to come pick me up as we had another appointment we were in danger of missing. At that moment the service rep came to have me sign for the keys. I inquired as to the delay and was told that all the cars came at once and all needed to be processed to leave at the same time. What on earth did I make an appointment for? I pulled out of the dealership parking lot after 3 hours and 10 minutes. Unfortunately this is the only Honda dealership in the area. The lesson I learned is that I will not stay at the dealership while they service my vehicle. More
