We bought a new 2006 Ridgeline back East and were very pleased with it. My younger son still has it. Your service Dept was very good to us after we moved to Prescott in 2011. When I recently decided to cut down on vehicles and get a new truck to replace the Tundra and Lexus combination I was driving the Ridgeline was on the top of my list. After a very poor experience attempting to buy a 2023 RTLe from AutoNation in the valley I terminated our discussions. That same day I checked your website and found the 2023 RTL with a white exterior and light interior - my main requirements. I attempted to use your chat bot to get information but found the chat bot would only attempt to collect information and not answer my questions. I terminated the chat and called in. I spoke with Matt and went to meet with him within an hour. By the time I left we had worked out a deal on the truck. I traded in the Lexus and gave the Tundra to my older son. Matt and your sales manager were both professional and knowledgeable. Bailey and Erin were also involved and also professional and knowledgeable. This was a good experience. More
