I was very pleased with my advisor Dan Beffel. He was very informative. I was concerned that I was going to have a sizable repair bill concerning my rear hatch motor on my 2018 CRV. When I pulled into the dealership service lane, Dan came out to greet me and noticed an odor coming from the engine compartment. He popped the hood and discovered that my battery was the cause of the odor and my issues with the rear hatch. I have never been so happy to have a new battery! I not only received a new battery but I also had a complimentary car wash! What a win win! That you Prescott Honda an Dan Beffel! More

I was very happy with the service provided by Tony V when I took my CRV for its regular maintenance check. I had called the previous day with a query, and he responded promptly with a message to voicemail. I took my CRV for its regular maintenance check. I had called the previous day with a query, and he responded promptly with a message to voicemail. We came in a bit early for our appointment and we were accommodated early with the service completed sooner than the quoted 1.5 hour estimated wait. I hope this level of service will continue for the unforeseeable future and especially when business volume increases. p.s. I like that I am offered a car wash as part of the service. More
