Both Chris Rice and Chris Hays have always gone above and beyond for me as a customer. Can't say the same for sales mgmt. The Auto Butler I purchased $700 for a five year service every six months wasn't re beyond for me as a customer. Can't say the same for sales mgmt. I never got any paperwork about the service at the time i purchased it or subsequently. A refund of $200 was the extent of your refund. . .. Unimpressed.
