I live about 2 1/2 hours south of this dealership, but am SO glad I took the time to check with them on a used car I was looking for. Level of consideration and respect was top notch. Got me in and out in record time. I'm not sure I could have been treated any better. The first vehicle i had purchased from them in 2023 was a 2019 kia rio. It kept having minor things wrong with it at first, and then just as my warranty exipired after a year the engine goes out. They couldn 2019 kia rio. It kept having minor things wrong with it at first, and then just as my warranty exipired after a year the engine goes out. They couldnt help me and would not buy car back and suggested i get a second car loan. So I did. Not a month goes by and my engine stalls and smokes from exhaust. They took it in under the warranty had it for 4 months ( while i am still paying the bank ) and supposedly changed the engine, the catalyic converter, and the turbo. I finally get the car back in January and return the loaner car i had of theirs the whole time. Since then Ive had to get and pay for a new turbo feedline and a water hose. Now a couple weeks ago my car breaks down again by doing the same thing ( and i keep up with the maintenance in my vehicles ). I call dealership and ask to speak to a manager and they refuse to help me in any way. (To service or buy back and get me a new car). And to top it off I get a call back in February from the claims department saying something about damage on the loaner car. Yet I never was in an accident or damaged it and was perfectly fine when i dropped it off. Now im getting calls from lawyers and getting sued. I will fight this! This place is a joke and needs to be reported and shut down. I even read alot of the reviews and most of these reviews dont have anything good to say. They need to be stopped!!!!! They are scamming people and putting them in debt. I now cant get another vehicle because my credit dropped and am $40,000+ in debt. Not happy whatsoever! The only person that seemed to care was the guy Will who sold me vehicle and I dont think he works there any more. More
THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! !!! They put my daughter’s life in danger by not fixing the engines oil problem. It’s a 2021 seltos and she was putting oil in every month since she b !!! We took it in to Prescott dealership so many times and they said nothing was wrong. Finally we took it to Phoenix dealership and when we got there we showed the service guy the oil was smoking and the radiator was cracked. The nice man took the car and did a ring test. He said it was the WORST he’s ever seen. It took him 15 minutes at the most to figure it out. They put in a new engine and radiator. It was still on warranty . Whereas Prescott Kia did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and the engine could have blown and could have harmed or killed my daughter. These people are incompetent worthless and don’t care about their customers. I am going to tell everyone I know and whoever will listen what a horrible and careless and obviously not knowledgeable dealership this is. DONT BUY FROM PRESCOTT KIA!!!!!!! More

I bought a used Jeep Wrangler. The salesman Anthony Vega was a pleasure to work with. I got what I wanted at a good price. The manager Josh was excellent to work with. Seriously.. meanwhile now I’ll venture to Vegas for my service needs cuz this is just awful.. voicemail says service is open till six one of the times I’ve previously called in the last couple days but yesterday on monday I got a salesman because again no one was answering at service all day on a Monday for crying out loud the sales man who answered said oh yeah the hours had changed and they need to update their voicemail and haven’t… seriously leave an incorrect message on your machine for days like that just bad all around… do better!!!! Bought my car here too sad sad sad…. Bad way to loose a customer for something as simple as having someone available to answer phones and make appointments and don’t tell me Dylan that your short handed that’s not the consumers problem it’s the companies don’t offer services if you can’t follow through!!! And don’t use your lack of workers as an excuse for this awfulness… multiple days of this crap not just one that’s what I’m getting at here is it wasn’t just an isolated issue….I’m sure a negative review will get someone’s attention finally!!!!! This review is strictly based on my experience with "Randall", he is a salesman there. I came in to look at a vehicle I had seen online. During my inspection I noticed a small cut in the sidewall of one of the tires. I am a CDL driver by profession, so to me this is a safety concern. I asked if the tires would be replaced should I purchase the vehicle. It was late in the day so he said he would bring it up to the service manager the next day. He took down my contact information with the promise to reach out tomorrow. Randall contacted me the next day saying that management had decided not to replace the tires as the vehicle had already been heavily discounted. He also stated that management said that they could easily get the asking price at a wholesale auction. I expressed my doubts on that and thanked him for his efforts and said that I would take my business elsewhere if there was no further room for negotiation. For me that was the end of it. The next day I received a "follow up" text from Randall saying that he had sold the vehicle I was interested in. He made it a point to mention that he sold it at full price, as is. I find this to be very unprofessional. Being passive aggressive over a failed sale is quite churlish in my eyes. His behavior reflects very poorly on the dealership and cost them a local customer. I took my car in for a recall, they replaced a fuel line. When I got it home I could smell gas. I couldn't find the leak and put it off. When I took it in they said I waited to long. The leak is another fuel line right next to the one they replaced. The part is unbendable and can break very easily. It would break if you drop a tool or put your hand on it. It's my word against theirs. Then ,they charged me 170.00 dollars to diagnose the leak, and it probably took 5 minutes to find. Next, they wanted to charge me 850.00 dollars to replace a 50 dollar line that would take 10 min to replace. More
My visit to the dealership was for an upgrade on anti-theft software recall. The Center has been renovated since I was there last and it's very nice, so clean and comfortable (esp. the ladies' room) anti-theft software recall.
