Do not go here NOT HONEST AT ALL!! We got the test drive done on a BMW 430i, talked price, agreed on price, fees and taxes. Got credit approved, then sales guy adde NOT HONEST AT ALL!! We got the test drive done on a BMW 430i, talked price, agreed on price, fees and taxes. Got credit approved, then sales guy added gap insurance and car warranty, about $4,000. I said no thank you, don't need that. The bank and government don't require them, he spoke to manager that came over and told me if don't take gap insurance and car warranty he would not honor price and fees and everything will be a higher price. I asked him twice to confirm that he was changing his price offer if I didn't accept the insurance and warranty, he said he would not sell me the car unless I also got the insurance and warranty. And then he doubled down by lying and telling me that the bank would not finance me if I didn't get the insurance and the warranty, although the bank had already approved me. I bought a car at a different dealer and wasn't required to get gap insurance or a car warranty, surprise, surprise. I’ve already filed a complaint with the NJ State Division of Consumer Affairs and NJMVC. DO NOT GO HERE, WASTE OF TIME. More

Thousands in hidden fees. Terrible experience. Bought a truck listed at $23,500. Took it home and saw on the bill of sales that they sold it to me for $27,500, before taxes and documentary fees. They said the $4,000 came from a Bank Fee. Called the bank. They said that was false. Called the dealer back. They said it was a Dealer Fee. The bank called me back. They said they decided to end their business with Prestige Auto because of multiple claims like mine, and it just wasn’t right. Was able to renegotiate my contract and get $1,500 back. Sold me the truck with an empty tank. Promised to send me a spare key. Called back a month later they said they didn’t have a spare key. These people are crooks and I mean that literally. Don’t be like me. Read the fine print very well. I wound up paying almost 10K over sticker price. I hope they go to jail. Manager is a xxx. Russel was polite at least. More
SCAM Dealership crazy additional fees Drove from long Island and was told no additional fees. Got there and was told $2,490 dear fees, $590 documentation preparation fee. I drove the 1.5 hrs to get there for them to tell me no they won't honor the price listed on craigslist when i have an email saying they would. and the manager i talked to on the phone said they would. I also wanted to get more pictures of the truck before i drove out there and the manager told me everyone is to busy to go take more pictures, well i know why because the truck was as clean as they said it was. BEWARE to anyone who goes to this place you will be lied to and not taken care of. More

They buy cars at auction, wash them and put the straight on the lot. Their 60 point inspection is sales tactic. They never lifted the hood once. I bought a 2012 BMW X5 which they said was in excellent condition. I took to my mechanic after driving it home only to find out it needed $6200 of work. Oil was leaking, needed a new transfer case and needed new arm bushing. Clearly they never did any inspection of the car before selling it. If you're going to take the risk of buying a used car that may have issues then buy privately and avoid the dealer mark-up. I paid the dealer price thinking they actual checked out the car. I should of rolled dice and bought it privately for thousands less. I gave them multiple opportunities to address the issues. They never had the decency to even call me back. Once they get your $ you'll never hear from them again. Avoid these guys at all costs. Go buy from a reputable dealer. More
Waste of time and rude. I stopped in to look at a specific car they did not have it they said they would have it on the lot later. Two more visits still no vehicle. Made a specific appointment for Saturday morning at 9:30 AM for the specific car guess what wasn't there at that point the car. They had the xxxxx to ask me to wait 30 min to go get The vehicle. why make an appointment. All they would as appointment. All they ask is if I was going to buy the vehicle, ridiculous I never seen it. Had 9K on my pocket for a deposit if i liked the vehicle. I would've not stop three times and made an appointment if I was not interested. Very unprofessional and a waste of time More
