I found a car on Auto Trader located at Prestige Auto Sales WDDHF8HB6BA436229 Stock #: 436229 The car was the right color and at the right place... seemed to good to be true to be honest. I called and spoke with Alex. Alex confirmed the car was in stock and it was available. Since the dealership was 3 hours away, I asked if I could give them my credit card and put a nice deposit and HOLD the car until I got to the dealership. Alex told me " the things been sitting here for a while.. don't worry about the deposit " I thought about it and called back and reached Russell. Russell told me the " We do not HOLD CARS or take deposits.. if your here in person you can see the car. If a customer comes in before you and wants the car... he is going to take the money " When you live over 3 hours away... it was a big risk. I asked him to e mail me a contract and we would just buy the car. Again... You must be present to purchase a car. ( I am 3 hours away ) BUYERS BE AWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP... If they advertised a car... there is a risk it won't be there if your driving a while to get there. I called and left a message with Andre the manager... it just fell on deaf ears. Glad I didn't make the trip. The car just sold..... still running on Autotrader.... so much for that SPECIAL AUTO TRADER price... More

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I bought a car from these jerks. Once my money was in there hand their attitudes changed I was no longer looked at as customer. They sold me a car and I bought a car from these jerks. Once my money was in there hand their attitudes changed I was no longer looked at as customer. They sold me a car and I've been there everyday since the purchase. the driver seat belt stopped working, my son got stuck in the seat belt in the back, there was a big bubble in one of the tires and they refused to change it, they didn't put gas in the vehicle (it was completely empty), they didn't want to give me detail/wash, etc. They xxxxxxxx are the worst I've ever seen. I stopped by other dealerships to see about trading it in and mentioned Prestige and EVERYONE of them said "Oh I heard about them before". Horrible. Horrible service, horrible attitude, they are cheap and greedy. Take it from me and do yourself a favor and DO NOT SHOP THERE....they SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

I was looking for a Mercedes. Browsed some websites and decided to call prestige auto. I Made an appointment to come in and when I did Russell helped me out. He was really great and I was able to test drive two cars with him. I decided to take on the S550 and we were able to negotiate a good price. Paper work took about an hour and a half and I was out on my way. The car is beautiful and although used, drives like its brand new! I recommend this dealership 100 percent More
I found an Infiniti g35 at Prestige Auto Group and was very happy with my purchase! Robert was very nice and professional the whole time I was there. I got a great deal on the vehicle, even with my credit not being so great, I was approved with them! A few hours later I drove off with my new used car and I was very satisfied. A few days later, I received a call from Robert asking me how I like the car. I left the dealership feeling great. More

Total bait and switch 100%. I saw online 3 different c300 4matic. The particular one I wanted was black on black with aluminum trim for $19,000 with 63k miles. When I got there they had a black on black with 4matic. The particular one I wanted was black on black with aluminum trim for $19,000 with 63k miles. When I got there they had a black on black with 73k for $24,900. I looked online while i was there are saw half the cars with way more prices than online with different stock numbers. Basically they lore you on the lot with cheap online prices and make a xx lie that those cars were sold already but they say they have something similar to what your looking for but a lot more money. So they wanted me to pay a lot more money for a car with more miles? Make sense to you. Btw in order to get $3,000 off you have to finance with them which I wanted to pay cash and they said well then the price is firm. xxx? Oh and my trade in was values $4,000 less than the 3 previous dealors that appraised it. Which they were within $1,000 apart between the 3. Basically just STAY AWAY they make there money on bait and switch and on financing terms that lower your monthly payment but extend your loan. Don't be fooled into taking the car that day like they pressure you to. More
