After test driving the interested vehicle, I was very satisfied, the vehicle was exactly as the listing and I do have a peace of mind by protecting my purchase with an extended warranty. My only concerned was the vehicle was not thoroughly detailed.. , John insured that it went back through a thorough detailing process before leaving. I highly recommend. More

Incompetence. Drove 6 hours for a M3 that’s not even prepped for showing. Spoke to Jamar over the phone confirmed everything was good to go with the car as I am driving far away. When I arrived I spoke to Kevin who informed me the Car was taken apart in the service department, and the whole dash was taken out because they found out the a/c was not working yesterday. So I drive so far I had to take the car for a test drive see if I liked it I wanted the car after the test drive. I was informed I can drive it and they send me the correct part. They send me the wrong part two times. I spoke with jamar about this matter they finally send me the right part it’s been over a month. They are missing the trim piece that goes over the A/C part so I said for them to send me it. I was told by UPS the package was being sent back to them because supposedly it was damaged. Told jamar this and apparently to Jamar “it’s not his job to call them.” Alright fair enough I took the car without them fixing the issue and they will not fix an issue after selling the car because I am not of there concern anymore. Terrible management considering they won’t pay 15 dollars to ship, shows how much they value customers who not only bought from them, but have an issue since the car was given without the a/c unit in the first place. More

Great Dealer Experience! - 2015 Ram 1500 I've had my fair share of vehicle purchases in my relative short time of being able to do so. The purchase of my truck with Prestige and John has been the best experience I've had with vehicle buys! From what I saw, Prestige has good quality vehicles and fair prices. The dealership itself is also well kept. John answered my emails in a reasonable time frame, even when I wasn't initially interested in it and was just looking for info. John was courteous and professional the couple times I did visit and took the time to show me the vehicle. When I decided to purchase it, I outlined a fair budget to them and they were able to work with me to meet it; they also worked to meet my financing goals too. If they have have the right vehicle for my next purchase, I would be very willing to work with them again. Thank you! More

AWFUL -- SERIOUSLY SO BAD. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. I purchased a 2012 Volkswagon Touareg in July 2019. We had an "I-O-U" worked into the deal that Prestige would co IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. I purchased a 2012 Volkswagon Touareg in July 2019. We had an "I-O-U" worked into the deal that Prestige would complete various maintenance on the vehicle as part of the deal which included new brakes, tires, fog light, and an oil change. Two months go by, I heard nothing from Prestige about when this work would be getting done. My husband finally called in September to inquire. After a lot of dodged phone calls and back and forth between the "service" and sales department, it came out that Prestige FORGOT about the IOU and never bought tires or put us on the schedule for service. Our sales rep, Kevin Carroll (the worst human) TEXTED me, not my husband who had called, to tell me the bad news. He didn’t even have the decency to make a phone call. When I called him, he was on his way home from work and took that opportunity to be a complete and total JERK to me because he knew his higher-ups weren’t listening. I guess he forgets where is commission comes from. When I called him out on it, and told him he was being unprofessional, it only got worse. Many phone calls to upper-management later, he still has a job (unbelievable). But don't worry, they so GRACIOUSLY threw in a free car detail (WOW) to make up for it. We finally got the service scheduled. We live about 25 minutes away and were completely inconvenienced and had to drive up there on a Thursday during rush hour to drop it off and then back up on Friday during rush hour to pick it back up. We pick up the car, all four rims are scratched. Thankfully, we had taken pictures before to prove that it was their “service” dept that scratched the rims. The interior of the car was in the same state as it was when we dropped it off, it had not been detailed at all and the new brakes that they put on were worse than the ones they took off (because they chose to not replace the rotors). John, the manager who is the only one there with half (maybe) of a brain, promises to fix it for us. This resulted in my husband having to take time off of work AGAIN to drive it back up there a week later to have the rims refinished. They acted like they were doing us a favor by giving us a loaner car to drive for the day and we picked the vehicle up later that day. But wait! We’re not done! A couple days after we get the car back, we noticed it was leaking oil. My husband got under the car and realized they didn’t replace the crush washer and something else which was causing the oil to leak. This “service” dept can’t even complete a standard oil change the correct way! We called John to tell him and he was of course apologetic, but apologies at this point just don’t cut it. Oh and just to really put the cherry on top, the fog light they “fixed” is out again. So that’ll be another project for my husband to fix. It’s literally ridiculous. This dealership is a joke and I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there to purchase a car. They promised work that they couldn’t complete just to get the sale. They took advantage of us as buyers and didn’t compensate us AT ALL when things went downhill. It would have been a different story if they would have just fixed what they needed to the correct way but they literally screwed up every single thing they were supposed to fix. So in conclusion, if you enjoy extremely poor customer service and crappy service work, please by all means GO TO PRESTIGE AUTO MALL! If you don’t, like me, please go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! More
