Just Horrible! I normally don't bother to give reviews, but I had to warn others about these guys. Mall is right - they are wholesaling and moving cars out so fast I normally don't bother to give reviews, but I had to warn others about these guys. Mall is right - they are wholesaling and moving cars out so fast that they don't have the time to know what they have or what condition it's in..... No matter what the sales person tells you. It's a lie. I bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited online. Was told it was in perfect condition. Everything has been done and there are no issues. To start off the list: * When I received the car from shipping, it had not been cleaned at all, much less detailed. Dog hair throughout and stunk to high heaven. No way else to say it, the seat conditions were just horrible! Stains everywhere that no amount of cleaning could rectify. * Additionally, the carpeting was mildewed and stained as well. * The soft top was so weathered, that the zippers are all rusted and stuck. * The under carriage had rust everywhere. They didn't bother to put a seal coat or anything. Just shipped it as is. * When I first complained, and sent Joe M my salesperson the invoice for the detailing expense. The dealership would only pay $125 of the $250 bill since IF they would have done their job that's what it would have cost them. My sales person Joe M. promised to make up the difference but again, another lie. Never heard from him again. * Besides the dog hair, I soon found out why the interior was so bad just after the first rain. Leaking roof and bad weather stripping, header seals and mucket seals throughout. Yeah - It was costly to fix. Add to that to the cost of new carpeting and seat covers and you getting close to the idea. * So - sadly not finished. No oil change was completed by the dealership as they said it was and the car had a bad battery that got me and my daughter stranded the second time out in the car. Add to the cost it had bad spark plugs (so cost of a tune up) and a lose belt. Simply put, NOT A GOOD DEAL! NOT a good sales person, and defiantly NOT A GOOD DEALERSHIP!!! If you are thinking of buying online please DON'T!!! They don't have a clue what they are selling and you certainly can't trust what they are telling you. Better luck anywhere else!! Trust me. Not to bad they made it easy to buy As far as making it easy to buy the truck it was good. I have had the truck about two weeks now ,on my way home from the dealership I set the cruise As far as making it easy to buy the truck it was good. I have had the truck about two weeks now ,on my way home from the dealership I set the cruise control once I got to I 77 a few moments later the cruise control shut off and wouldn't reset ,still doesn't work. This week after running a few errands I came home and I got a faint smell of antifreeze could not find any leeks but the resavore was empty. Ithe took 3/4 a gallon to fill resavore up the next day I ran it for about 40 min. Shut the engine off and got that smell again no leeks but level was low again so I put a new radiator cap on it .this may have fixed it since the level has stayed good. Today I had to go over the neighbors and a alarm came on saying to service trailer brake. Not sure what that is . I bought a 2011 gmc truck I like it and it's in good condition for its age . Hopefully these are just little bugs I can get fixed without having to sell a kidney. More

As a first time buyer with no credit history they made it work while many other dealerships said “no” to me already on the phone. John the sales manager took care of me, and worked every detail very precise. Within the first minute on the phone he said “we will make it work”, and so it happened. It took us some time but all the people I met are doing their job excellent. Thank you to Jim who was helping me with everything, thank you to Ed for all the test drives, and most importantly very big thank you to John who was with me on the phone all the time when I had any question, and for his time spent to help me and make my experience the best. Also, thank you to Brett who took my very difficult case and worked hard to make it work. I left the dealership with a car that I always wanted and with a new family that I made at the Prestige Auto Mall. More
