Shady shady shady. I bought a car from them at the end of March. The check engine light came on not even a week later. I was promised and promised from the salesman that I bought a car from them at the end of March. The check engine light came on not even a week later. I was promised and promised from the salesman that the service manager would call to set up a time for me to bring it in. Well, May hit and when I went to get my permanent tags, I couldn't due to the failing of an e check. No one from them answered calls or contacted me until I left a negative review on Facebook. The general manager didn't know about the issue until then. My husband reached out to Will like we were instructed and we took my car in. We had it there for a week, paid the $89 for the part. I passed my e check. Not even 4 days after getting it back the light came back on for the same issue. I thought maybe they didn't fix anything so I found the part they installed. They used zip ties instead of a bolt to hold it in place. We called them and my car was there for almost 2 weeks since they had to wait for a part. I just got my car back this Saturday and the check engine light came on not even 6 hours later. Also, my car is smoke free yet when I got it back it had ashes all around my gear shifter. Now again I am driving a car that technically does not pass e check standards. I feel like they just do enough to make cars seem buyable and then they just take a crap after. My door handle on the inside broke off, my windshield wiper fluid quit working too. It's one after the other when it comes to problems and nothing getting resolved. ****The only one who seems to even care or be helpful is Nicole. More
