Purchased a Infiniti QX 80 in May of 2023. A few months later 2 of the tires were already dry rotted and my tire guy said these tires were made in the 37th week of 2018. So I contacted the dealership and they gave me a run around and would not help me. I also bought the Silver warranty. At approx. 15,000 miles the vehicle would hesitate and jerk and now at only approx 17,000 miles the drive train needs replaced and the warranty covers the parts but only $100 and hour labor and the garage that is repair the vehicle that mind you I am still paying on wants $140 and hour labor so I am expected to come up with the other $40 an hour in labor fees. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I put a huge down payment down on this vehicle and trusted them and they did me wrong. Grief... My lawyer will be in contact and I already contacted the Better Business Bureau. More
I drove from North Olmsted to Cuyahoga falls to look at a car on Monday the 15th of January. Was dealing with Bryce Vasquez. After the test drive I liked the car, I noticed the front rotors were grooved and car on Monday the 15th of January. Was dealing with Bryce Vasquez. After the test drive I liked the car, I noticed the front rotors were grooved and needed to be replaced. I pointed this out to Bryce, and he said he will talk to the service dept. and get back to me later that day. No contact from Bryce. I called on Tuesday and Wednesday, still no contact. Bryce texted me on Thursday and told me the car was still available, I asked about the front brakes and rotors. his response was "Let me check on that and get back to you." Today is Friday and still no word from Bryce. I guess they are not interested in selling the car. I will go elsewhere to buy a car. If they cannot get back to you with an answer to a simple question. Makes me wonder about their reputation. More
I purchased a Volvo XC60 from this group that was marketed as having heated seats. I noticed a few days after purchasing the car that the drivers side heated seat is not working. It has taken me 3 weeks of calling to get a Sales Manager to speak with me, they have failed to return my calls each time. As of now they are claiming their service record shows the seat was working and because it is sold "as is" they cannot do anything for me. I am sad to say my experience has been frustrating throughout the entire process of purchasing this car. - It took around 4 hours to get the paper work done. - The salesman talked up their extended warranty only for me to see it was an extra $3000+ on top of the sale price of the car after they had drawn up the financing documents. - I asked for the car to be detailed before I left, it appeared only the cup holders were cleaned out. - The air pressure in the tires was not checked, they were all 10-15psi under the recommended pressure when I got home. - I had to top of the engine coolant and washer fluid within a few days of purchasing - I have yet to have them return my call, I've had to call again each time to get someone on the line. I bought an Infiniti QX 60 and it was an awful experience. I already reviewed that portion. I’m at the garage today and while it’s on the list, they show me where it’s rusted underneath and a sect experience. I already reviewed that portion. They’re currently trying to find the source of a power steering leak, and they haven’t even checked the fuel pump, the transmission, because it hesitates when driving and changing gears, haven’t checked the brakes or the oil yet. Will update again about the lemon I was sold that this dealership won’t take back. Remember they’ll tell you get a six month warranty you’re required to buy for an additional $399 though a separate company and it only covers Powertrain only. This is my worst experience ever in my life buying a vehicle. This place is a rip off. They lie and they are shady. More
Dreadful! I saw 2 of what appeared to be well cared for infinity QX 60’s online. I called & talked to Bryce. He told me that the silver was in great condition I saw 2 of what appeared to be well cared for infinity QX 60’s online. I called & talked to Bryce. He told me that the silver was in great condition & the black wasn’t. Black was worse to be clear. They’re 6 hrs away. I asked him to send video. He showed me two scratches and said that’s all he could see wrong. I decided To drive up & paid a friend to drive me. I called to let them know I was coming. My friend went home after dropping me off. The keys were missing. Had to wait for a locksmith. There was trash in the glove box, It had a broken side mirror casing, passenger door wouldn’t close, a ripped front seat, scratched paint, a noticeable dent, luggage racks were rusted and painted over. They took parts from the black to help fix the silver since I had no other way home & had to buy something even though I didn’t want to at all, fixed the door & tried to buff out scratches. You have to agree not to take them to court, that they aren’t responsible for their employees’ statements or claims, that they don’t warranty & accept the warranty for 6 months or 6k miles thru another company. I drove home wondering if it would make it. Took a video of all of the damage Bryce supposedly couldn’t see but I can’t upload it here. I was also not given the price I was promised by Bryce so I was overcharged by $300 and went home with a quarter of a tank of gas where reputable dealer ships well at least fill the tank. More
