I needed a car & had not so great credit and in 24 hours I was in an amazing car, they got me financing at a fair interest rate & actually got me a payment $100 less per month than I expected!! This whole experience was quick & painless & everyone was friendly & made me feel comfortable right away with purchasing my vehicle from them!! Miguel helped me understand the financial portion of the process. I had to do paperwork with my co-payer out of state and he made sure everything was squared away in a very timely manner. Good Experience I purchased a Ford F-150 from Prestige Auto Mart 3 and the customer service has been awesome. They wouldn't let me drive away without being completely satisfied, they put some extra gas into it to compensate for my long drive back home. Josh made the experience a good one reassuring me I'll be taking my car home today and meet half way with the remaining paperwork later in the week. Spoke with a young man named Mike, he was not that experienced with customer service, he was trying to hard to make a sale for a car that I could no way afford. In stepped Eric, he listened to my concerns and search the inventory to find a car in my budget. I am more than pleased with how they handled the whole purchasing experience. They got me a nice car within my price range and what I really wanted. Was looking for an inexpensive car with four cylinders, four doors and four tires. From the first offer to the final price took awhile but they were pleased and I was happy. They addressed concerns I had by providing a CarFax report. I would recommend Prestige Auto Mart to anyone looking for a good used car, They make sure you are informed from the first meeting to delivery, including what has to be done to the car before you can except delivery, if any repairs need to be made. More
