Not going to lie they got the job done but they will screw anyone... I walked in with the agreement of a 399 payment when I went to sign paper work it was 421.... told Leslie the horrible finance manager and she said either buy the car or get out. I traveled three hours to come see them . I have good credit and didn’t need to buy from them. I would never recommend them. They are so unorganized and so ignorant

I’m sorry to hear that you feel this way, Zachary. But we had no indication when you left the dealership with your new vehicle that there was any problem. You traveled 3 hours here because we had a specific vehicle in stock that you wanted to purchase. We regularly deal with customers from all over the country without issue. You were a first-time buyer and Leslie worked hard to put you into a financial package that would suit your needs. For the record, your payment was, in fact, $399 as you wanted, until you decided to purchase optional insurance products; which are not free. We feel the disconnect here is that you felt you should be given the service contract (warranty) and GAP insurance (total loss addendum) for free instead of paying the extra $25/mo that they would cost. Despite you threatening to walk out over the difference, Leslie worked with your lender and gave you those additional products at cost to accommodate your payment limitations. We don’t, nor should anyone, believe that Leslie would tell you to “buy it or get out”, that’s just plainly false. Our Finance Managers are career professionals and have hundreds of glowing, 5-star reviews. Please feel free to contact me directly to discuss the content of this review further.
