Very nice folks when you are on the buy, The van I bought sure could have been cleaned better prior to sale, it's missing a lug nut, the wipers are shot, the wiring between the door and the frame have boots sure could have been cleaned better prior to sale, it's missing a lug nut, the wipers are shot, the wiring between the door and the frame have boots that protect the wires, all of them are bad and need to be replaced. I mentioned the boots to the salesman and he said they would take care of those things. They didn't. I feel like they rushed the service to get the van to me quickly--which is nice to a degree. So not any different than other dealerships I've been to. You will likely expect more than you get. More

Insurance company says they paid the Dealer ship in November and dealership says they wont refund my money because they have not been paid. EXTREMLY POOR COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! More
