Prestige has the best service department I have ever worked with for a vehicle. Chrysler had given a 10-14 day estimate for parts and Jack, Service Director, was able to expedite that to just under a worked with for a vehicle. The other 3 people I spoke with when I was trying to get information on my warranty were absolutely useless!! nobody knew nothing had me contact Towbin Dodge they referred me back to Prestige a bunch of back and forth when all I had to do was ask the service guys who were able to pull up all my information regarding my warranty. That's the reason why I gave 3 stars other than that everything else was prestige! More
This was my first trip to the dealership. Robert was my service advisor. It was a friday afternoon when I got there. I had a warranty issue. I got my vehicle back, repaired on the same day.
