Customer service here is great. Had a bad experience in the past but this time was great. I purchased a Ram 1500 and Alex E. was great. I strongly recommend this dealership and Alex as your salesperson. Roger was very helpful with financing made the overall experience that much better. Alex has reached out to us a few times to see how we like the Ram and to make sure everything was good. Well, I bought a Chevy Colorado from here on November 17, 2021. I left the lot and the service 4wd light came on and the headlight switch didn't work. I emailed the sales person and got no response. I have it a couple weeks and then called and left a message with the sales manager. He never called me back either. Time to escalate. Stay away from this place. They are the used car cliche. After seeing this review, the salesperson finally called me back. He told me that the email address I emailed was his personal email address and that he never saw my email. Funny, he saw email from me just fine when we was selling me the truck and was having me email my insurance information to it. Very professional. Their solution was that the truck is still under factory warranty and to take it to a Chevy dealership to have them fix it or they would just take it to a Chevy dealership and fix the problem. I asked him why I would have them take the truck to a Chevy dealership and that I would just take it myself if that was their solution. His response was a condescending "Have a good day" and hung up on me. More
