The worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I bought a Jeep Compass 2016 from them on September 28. The car wasn’t ready right away and they promised to deliver it within the next few days. They never delivered it, and I had to wait until the next Saturday to pick it up with my husband. I didn’t drive it home and didn’t notice they didn’t fill up the fuel trunk, it was almost empty. The dealership didn’t provide a Carfax report, or any other reports regarding the vehicle; and they failed to provide us with an emission report. They didn’t do a safety inspection on the vehicle, or did poorly. The car isn't drivable without repairs, in particular the brakes need to be replaced, and they didn't tell me that. It took me several days of calling to get the EDRS number to register the car with the DMV. I still don't have the title. It is extremely hard to communicate with the dealership personnel after closing the sale, they're very rude and unprofessional. If you value your time and nerves, better to choose another dealership. Gentlemen who helped me was super nice. Service was great, and they gave me my car back clean just like it was just purchased off the lot!!! Very impressed. I believe the guy who helped me was Eric.
