The same common complaint-NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Once you signed the papers-you no longer exist to them. I have called, left messages, emailed, countless voicemails STILL NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK. This has been hands down the worst experience purchasing a vehicle. My husband is a life long dodge owner. This will be his last. This dealer has ruined all others. More

Bought a brand new Pacifica when it arrived it had damage to the front bumper; vertical scratches. I have tried to get them it repair it for two months and can't get anyone to respond. Laurence is the MAN!! I went in for an oil change and he told me it'll be a 2 hour wait. So I went home, made it home and he was calling saying your vehicle is ready. It had been less than an hour. We still have not received the mats for the truck. We have sent several notification to the sales man as well as the financial manager. All to no avail. First of all, they run Ads on television, they have a a big sign at the front of the building, stating "84 MONTHS, NO INTEREST, AND NO PAYMENTS DUE FOR 90 DAYS". All fabrication. Their finance manager is a liar. THEN HE SENT THE CONTRACT IN FOR THE REGULAR 45 days payment. WE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS DEALERSHIP. 5-1-2020. We called doge ram and we were told, that the mats for the truck were there to be picked up. However, when we showed up the following day, they told us, oh, we have to order them. This is the kind of service that this dealership give to their customers. First of all, when the trucm was purchased on April 17th, they told us they would order the mats. Absolutely poor customer service, would never recommend them to anyone or purchase another vehicle from them More
