We still have not received the mats for the truck. We have sent several notification to the sales man as well as the financial manager. All to no avail. First of all, they run Ads on television, they have a a big sign at the front of the building, stating "84 MONTHS, NO INTEREST, AND NO PAYMENTS DUE FOR 90 DAYS". All fabrication. Their finance manager is a liar. THEN HE SENT THE CONTRACT IN FOR THE REGULAR 45 days payment. WE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS DEALERSHIP. 5-1-2020. We called doge ram and we were told, that the mats for the truck were there to be picked up. However, when we showed up the following day, they told us, oh, we have to order them. This is the kind of service that this dealership give to their customers. First of all, when the trucm was purchased on April 17th, they told us they would order the mats. Absolutely poor customer service, would never recommend them to anyone or purchase another vehicle from them More
