Service Department has zero customer service skills I brought my Jeep Wranger in for a repair. The service team did not communicate with me at all through out the entire process. Calling into the servic I brought my Jeep Wranger in for a repair. The service team did not communicate with me at all through out the entire process. Calling into the service department is almost impossible its a continuous loop that never ends and if you actually get through for someone to transfer you the voicemail box is full. I know service departments across town have much left to be desired but this one was by far the worst one I have ever experienced. More
