Terrible I was satisfied initially till I found 2 more additional dents other than the 1 I reported. Then my sales lady called me at 915 pm to ask me if her c I was satisfied initially till I found 2 more additional dents other than the 1 I reported. Then my sales lady called me at 915 pm to ask me if her co workers cell phone charger was in the car 😡 no shame. Also same conversation when I asked her after leaving that evening and during her call later why was the vehicle I purchased on empty gas. Her response was that's normal for used car buyers we don't give them a full tank. Are you kidding me after spending what maybe a measly 13000 dollars a simple 70 dollar fill up would have been generous. I guess after retiring from the military I have much to learn about the civilian population in the lack of die respect and common sense. More

Oil change It was good, however they said the car was ready, then we showed up, waited, and they we’re still washing the car. It wasn’t ready. Length of service The service guys are always nice. Hunter or Matthew have always been very courteous. But the time they take to do service work is rediculous. I had an apt today at 9am for a simple oil change. Dropped my son off at school then dropped the car off. Told them I needed it back by 2 cause i had to pick my son up from school. They said no problem. That’s a 5 hr window. For an oil change. I called at 130p to see if it was done. Nope they hadn’t even begun yet. So I had to Uber picking my son up. This wasn’t first time this happened. First time I brought it in at 9am as well. Called at 530pm to check on progress after 8.5 hrs without my car. Again for a simple oil change. They said “no one called you?” I said “ no no one has called me” they said “oh well it’s done but better hurry we close in half an hour”. I got a packet of coupons for oil changes since I bought my car there. When they’re gone I won’t be paying to get oil changed here. I’ll be going to valvoline. 20 min oil changes and don’t even have to get out of the car. More
