The after service follow up is poor. I schedule an oil change and recall service on November 9th 2023. But they can't complete the recall because they don't have the part. I tried to explained to the service department person (Melissa) about the nature of my call, she (Melissa) has no desire to assist me with my recall. Never asked me my name, Info about my Jeep, when I took my jeep in for service, what kind of parts I was waiting in order to complete the recall. All she said was "You are on the waiting list, someone will call you when the part come in." I am really curious how she knows what kind of part or which recall service I was waiting for without asking me a simple question which is my name ? More

We took our 1500 Ram truck into Prestige for a repair on the front wheel. They diagnosed in about 2 hours and called to let us know what it was and it could be picked up the same day. Last month we took the truck to Sahara Dodge for the same problem. It took them 7 days to diagnose it and then called to say there was nothing wrong with it. Big difference in dealships. We bought our truck thru Sahara but have always had problems getting anything done. The worst is a guy named Daniel with dark curly hair. He is cocky and disrespectful, with the worst follow thru I have ever encountered. Stay away from Sahara Dodge for anything, totally encomputant. More
