Putting all that aside, having gotten ripped for $295 for GPS. That is the least of the problems. Everyone who is rating high are people who have had no problems. If you do have a problem watch out. My air conditioning is not working. I have made 4 phone calls to try and get help. A simple service issue. Latest being from the salesman this morning. Gave me some story about knowing the service guy and will get me in and have him call me. Like he's doing me a favor or something. Since when do you need a favor to get service? These people are rediculous. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other dealers in town. That's where I have to go now that I have a problem. Been waiting all day for a call from the service guy. Twice I've been told that I would get a call within an hour or two. Yesterday was same deal. More

Great Truck Poor Customer Service/Communication Purchased a truck and absolutely love the vehicle but the Sales and Finance staff have no customer service or communication skills. Prestige made an error, that I did not catch (my mistake) and getting them to correct it is like pulling teeth.. You can not charge sales tax on a dollar amount that was added to a loan used to pay off an old loan. I spoke with Kevin who worked my finance deal and all I get is an apology and the runaround. Hiram (Finance Manager) doesn't follow-up with what he said he would do. Great vehicle but once these guys get your money the customer service disappears. There will be more to come of my review as I am documenting my complete car buying experience with this dealership. More

Great Service! Pleasant, polite, personable! I was greeted by Jason, with a smile and a hand shake, then wide open eyes when he saw what I'd done to my truck! I'd had a flat tire and drove on i I was greeted by Jason, with a smile and a hand shake, then wide open eyes when he saw what I'd done to my truck! I'd had a flat tire and drove on it too long to get out of traffic. As the tire shredded, it pulled out an electrical harness and tore that up too. Although due to the flat tire, I originally went to a tire store that also does 'repair' to be told they don't make that harness anymore, so all they could do was 'try fixing' the existing by splicing the wires. So, when I picked up the truck, the check gas cap light was on. I checked the gas cap and it was tight. I left anyway and the next day, the check engine light came on. That's when I called Prestige! They got the harness, replaced it and all works as it should with NO warning lights! Prestige is the place to go! More

Im told by coorperate they don't want to do warranty work cause they get paided less and aren't suppose to be putting problems off. these people are simply put thiefs never buying a car from them ever too bad I got three children one about to drive so yeah More
