It's a scam! No integrity! Don't trust them!! Its a scam. Went to look at a car that was advertised online. Was going to purchase the car and when the sales guy came back he sai Don't trust them!! Its a scam. Went to look at a car that was advertised online. Was going to purchase the car and when the sales guy came back he said the price on line was wrong. It's 3,000 more. I just left. 2 hrs later the price is still advertised online. I called back and spoke to the Sales Manager. The Sales Manager looked up the car on line and confirmed the sale price. I set up an appointment to buy the car. Then an hour later they called me back and said the price is wrong online its 3,000 more. Come on...what a scam. Absolutely no integrity! My family is shocked on how they conduct business. We were in contact with Jim Fallecker who was supposedly with the management team on Tuesday evening discussing the issue we had with the internet advertisement stating one price and the dealership stating it was wrong by 3000.00. We communicated back and forth trying to com e up with a fair price. Finally, Jim Fallecker said he just spoke to the owner and we can have the car for the advertised price. This was Tuesday evening. Jim Fallecker said he was off the next day (Wed) so we could meet on Thursday 11:00 am. At approx. 10:00 am on Thursday Jim Fallecker called stating he had a training class to attend too..so could we come down at 2:00pm instead. Then at about 1:05 pm Jim Fallecker called and said the car had been sold. Absolutely absurd! We had the cashier check in hand. We can not believe the lies. No integrity! More
