Personalization 11 days after I purchased my 2017 Dodge Journey the power steering went out on me while I was driving home on US 95. Needless to say I was distressed 11 days after I purchased my 2017 Dodge Journey the power steering went out on me while I was driving home on US 95. Needless to say I was distressed and po'd. I contacted my sales agent and he hooked me up with the best service mgr around, Rich Crockett. He arranged the towing and quick repairs and a vehicle for me to drive for a day so I could get to work. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! More

Watch Out!!! Beware we got Deceived by Finance We traded in our 2012 caravan for 2017 Journey and were lied to and deceived. We were told by salesman 8,500 trade in and 669 per month. Finance wrote We traded in our 2012 caravan for 2017 Journey and were lied to and deceived. We were told by salesman 8,500 trade in and 669 per month. Finance wrote it up but only gave us 6,500 trade in and we declined the extended warranty. Finance called us a few weeks later to come in and we thought it was for the green slip. We got into finance and he said he had a bank that would approve us but he had to re do a new contract for us to get approved and add the extended warranty due to the long term we are getting financed for and our payment would be a little more. We were already done in a few minutes of signing the paperwork and we asked how much are payments and he said 725 now. I said that was not a little more and I don't think we can afford it. He said we already had it a few weeks and we already signed and me and my wife had the look and feeling that we just got scammed but we left and put the contract side by side to see the changes and not only did our monthly go from 669 to 725 but the Apr went from 14.95 to 19.95 and he added the 72,000 mile extended warranty for 2500 and we saw it on t.v. advertising for 1200 with all new dodge purchases. Tried to contact next day and nothing so tried for a week and by that time our engine and transmission started having issues so we called customer care at dodge and had to file a complaint on the dealership for deceiving a hard working paycheck to paycheck family and also put a claim for the issues we were having with our brand new journey. No one ever respond to our complaint but 3 days later customer service called to bring it in and I explained we are a family of 6 and a one car family and I would have to bring it in Friday night or Saturday but would need it back by Monday for work and the kids school. She said hold on let me ask the service manager if he had time then. Twenty minutes later she came back and said the service manager said for you to take it to Towbin dodge to fix. I am very disgusted to find out they were pitching us how fair they were and how awesome service was in that department until they got our trade in and money and ripped us off and didn't care to fix the journey they sold us or use the warranty we never wanted in the first place or offer a rental car or loaner for the inconvenience. No one cares about complaints either obviously. I think it's hopeless to find anyone there who care so I'll just let all the people who review dealer's feedback know as well as the BBB and also am going to let the owner of dealership know how his dealership is operating so they can make a buck and hit bonuses at the expense of hard working people. Run far away!!!!! this dealer had awesome reviews from 2016 and before but all of 2017 reviews are really horrible I wish we would have read them before stepping in there do not do business here. More

Prestige made it happen for me! After several days of contemplating whether or not to go to the dealership I did. Once I got there everyone was very polite. This is where I met Edmun After several days of contemplating whether or not to go to the dealership I did. Once I got there everyone was very polite. This is where I met Edmundo he's a great young man very patient with me and my indecisive self. He made it happen for me regardless of my credit and finances. He was very knowledgeable when it came to the cars and made it easy when it was time to choose. The best part was that there was no pressure to buy my car we did everything at my own pace. I wish all dealerships were like this. More
