Nobody should ever be treated like that minutes after they agree to spend 30,000.00 dollars. I was super glad I didn't spend my money in a way that would benefit a jerk like him. But, Stephen was so exceptional about treating me with respect and clearly took the approach that he wanted to earn my business. I will hand deliver him anyone wanting to buy a vehicle at prestige. Words are just that. Words On January 11, 2017 I went in for the third time with the same problem on my 2014 Dodge Dart. This time they wanted $2600 to fix the problem. I decide On January 11, 2017 I went in for the third time with the same problem on my 2014 Dodge Dart. This time they wanted $2600 to fix the problem. I decided I had enough and talked to J.C. And Wendall about trading it in. After a walk of the lot and a test drive, I decided on a used 2012 Dodge Ram. At this point I will say that I love my truck, but I am lesser than pleased with everything that happened after. The truck had a huge dent in the front bumper, which was already starting to rust. Wendall told me that the bumper would be fixed after the green slip was issued. Fast forward a little, I go in 2 1/2 weeks later to get my green slip and to set up to get the bumper fixed, I had already heard from the finance company and was issued a check for overpayment on my trade, but the green slip was still not ready. J.C. Called me and made arrangements the next day to have my bumper fixed on the following Monday. I bring my truck in and get a loaner as well as my green slip and was told it would take a day to fix the bumper. Today 2/8/17 I get the call that my truck is all fixed and ready for pickup. I get to the dealership at 5pm, Wendall takes me to get the truck. As soon as I get there I notice the bumper isn't right. They had somebody come in and just pound the dent out. The giant, rusty crape in the bumper is still there and not lined up with the fender. I was not happy with the way that they fixed it, so Wendall went to the GM to talk to him. I was told that was the best they were gonna do for me. I was not happy with that response. They "fix" for this was a detail, a couple free oil changes, and a full tank of gas. By 7pm nobody had touched my truck. No wash. No gas. Needless to say I was done and asked for my truck back. I will never be back to this dealership. I was not given what I was promised. Now I have a xxxxty bumper on my truck that I will have to pay to fix myself. Take the free oil changes and buy yourself lunch with it. I will never do business with you, or another towbin dealer again. I will take the 60k for my wife's new truck elsewheres More

My salesman was patient, took the time to really listen to my situation and what I was in need of. This is my third consecutive purchase at Towbin Dodge/Prestige Dodge. I have never been disappointed. My first purchase was a 2008 Durango that I still own, it has 150,000 miles, never an issue. It's being passed down to my teenage son. Great appreciation to the Towbin team and especially my salesman Steven Jefferson!! More

New car - 2017 Cherokee Stephen made our car buying experience at Prestige exelmplary.
