They told me they would give me $18.5k for my trade in and a solid deal for a new 4xe. They sent me the link to check my credit and I was going to make the deal happen the next day. After three days, I heard nothing. When I finally got a hold of someone (Daniel Freeman) they said that they were wrong and could only give me $14.5 for my trade in. I have the text messages that proved everything, but they didn't care . This was AFTER they already ran my credit. Daniel told me that he'd have his GM call, but I've heard nothing.
