I took my Jeep Wrangler for an oil change and the customer service was excellent. Miguel Cardenas was the mechanic and he did an excellent job on my vehicle and was friendly and cordial. My husband I were visiting Vegas when our 2009 pt cruiser developed a strange clunking sound. Since we were from out of town we called Prestige and were able to bring the car in for a look. Mr. Magsig drov developed a strange clunking sound. Since we were from out of town we called Prestige and were able to bring the car in for a look. Mr. Magsig drove with us and of course the car made no sound. We went on our way back to the hotel and again the sound came back. We called Mr. Magsig and he had us come back in the AM when the transmission man would be there to look at the car. We were greeted by Francia and were made to feel at home while our car was being looked at. We found out that there was nothing wrong with the transmission/car. It was just being a "chrysler". Much THANKS to Mr. Magsig and Francia for looking after us so well! More

My truck has been there for 5 days for what was supposed to take 3-4 days. Do they call and let you know what's going on? No. Do they answer the phone in the service department? No? Do they call you back? No. Called and asked for the service manager, I was forwarded to a voice mail, left a message. Did the manager ever call me back? No and it's been 2 days since then. Hey Prestige, I know how you can save some money, take all the phones out of the service department, they don't use them anyway! When I was interested in buying they were the nicest group of people. Now, I can't get anyone to help so I'll find every site that I can and let everyone know what horrible customer service they have after you give them your money. BEWARE!! More
