routine maintenance Went in to receive the works maintenance. A problem was found. I had a crack in the battery. Car was still under warranty and it was replaced. Every time i bring my truck in for a known mechanical issue it's like pulling teeth to get them to service it under my premium warranty. This last time was it, I will never again set foot in that joke of a service department. My 2014 F150 ecoboost is my latest headache, my truck is suffering from a stretched timing belt that rattles and grinds upon a cold start, it has done this off and on for months and finally the rattle and grind happened daily last week. I am very hesitant to bring my vehicle there, because they always have it for a week minimum. This would be tsb14-0194 ( i found the exact same noise on multiple videos on google).The Service manager failed to diagnose the 4 days they had it this time and basically sent me on my way with no solution. Chuck was the service managers name, and because of his lack of concern for the health of my vehicle, i removed it from their shop. More
