I happened to be near this dealership while on a business trip and always had a desire to look a Ford 150. Stopped in the dealership and was approached by Fred Baughman, a sales person at the dealership. I trip and always had a desire to look a Ford 150. I told him I was just looking at the Ford 150 and was from out of town and would not be buying the truck but could I get inside one and take a look. He could not have been nicer, more understanding or more helpful. He understood that I was on a business trip and wasn't going to buy but answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining the features of the truck with me and never once did I feel pressured or rushed. If or when I buy a Ford 150, I will drive the 15 hours back to this dealership and buy it from this salesmen. People this knowledgeable as well as this patient and understanding need to be rewarded for their efforts. I would highly recommend Fred Baughman, if you are looking at a Ford in Central Florida. It is rare that I write reviews but the customer service I received from this salesmen when I was clearly an out of towner who was just looking was outstanding. More

the salesman was nice and genuine, but the sales manager or GM made promises and couldn't keep them. Lied many times. Vehicle had problems and they tried to hide them.
